We are proud of our blankets and we offer a 12 month no quibble warranty from the date of purchase, against product quality and the materials we use. Proof of purchase from one of our approved retailers may be required.
We DON’T Cover !
Damage due to misuse and negligence. Abnormal wear & tear. Modifications or any alterations. Failure to correctly follow care instructions.
We love happy customers and our default position is to repair or replace your blanket, each warranty claim is dealt with individually and we reserve the right to use discretion.
